Shipping policy
Everyday Enchanted currently ships orders within the United States.
Most items are made to order after purchase. Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days, unless a different timeframe is shown on the product page. Please note that production times may vary slightly based on the item, print provider, order volume, or seasonal delays.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. Delivery timing depends on the carrier, shipping method, and destination.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Everyday Enchanted is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at sarahs.stories.shop@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We’ll help review the next best step.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can look into a replacement or resolution.
All items are made to order. Everyday Enchanted does not accept returns/exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or changed mind.
