Return and Refund Policy

All Everyday Enchanted items are made to order and ship directly from our production partners. Please review sizing, color, product details, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Because items are made to order, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, color preference, or changed mind.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at sarahs.stories.shop@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and help make it right.

Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue

Once we review the issue, we’ll determine the best resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Items must be unused and in the condition received for any approved review.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
